Firmly established as one of Canada’s fastest rising stars, pianist Katherine Chi has performed throughout Europe and North America to great critical acclaim. A soloist of musical and technical distinction, she is noted for the breadth of her repertoire.
In 2000, Ms. Chi won first prize at the Honens International Piano Competition, the first Canadian and the first woman to do so. She appears frequently with major orchestras and is a welcome guest at important summer music festivals across the globe.
