Overview
The ERS is a registered, incorporated non-profit music society and registered charity, dedicated to enhancing Edmonton’s artistic and cultural life with world-class concerts in intimate settings. Most performing artists have connections to Edmonton and many are local up-and-coming stars.
Our goal is to keep these concerts affordable and accessible to anyone and therefore, we rely heavily on our Donors and Sponsors.
The Edmonton Recital Society offers innovative and inspiring concerts in an intimate setting. Get up close to world-class artists, many with ties to Edmonton, as they perform beloved masterworks and exciting new compositions.
Our Mandate Includes
- Promoting artists with connections to Edmonton
- Providing a venue for emerging artists
- Partnering with the wider community
- Giving back to community through outreach
Outreach Includes
- Supporting education through scholarships, master classes, and tuition assistance for youth and young adults
- Mentoring children to nurture their musical gifts and offset financial need
